General overview:

It is a mobile application (android and IOS) where the user can search for doctors in his country (Same app for both doctors and user), The doctor have to download the app and create a profile (Name, Clinic location, certifications, university of graduation, major, appointments schedule,...) Before creating a profile the doctor should pay online monthly fees to appear for users that search for doctors. Every month the doctor should pay the monthly fees, he/she will have a grace period of 3 months. Each month the rate of this doctor will be decreased until he will repay the fees. Also the user will be able set an appointment and wait for the doctor approval. Both client and doctors should have subscribed and create a profile for them however the client fees is for free. Any client can search for doctors and check the information but he will not be able to set an appointment until registration.
Clients will have the feature to rate the doctor.

How the app should behave:

On first start the app should ask the client if he/she want to create a profile (2 types of profiles: Doctor, client). If the client choose doctor then let him create a profile with information and picture if needed. Once finished he should be redirected to the payment screen. Once the doctor has finish creating his profile he will be visible in search after administrator approval. If the client chooses to create a profile as client he can surfe the app without creating profile with limited features. Validation should be using email or SMS to validate the client's phone number.
In addition to the mobile application, we need a website for administration such update/add, approval and so on..

Search Criteria (doctors list should be sorted by Rating):

1. Country (Mandatory)

2. location

3. Specialty

Finally, The doctor should be a category defined by the administrator such that in future the admin will have the ability to add new categories such that Pharmacies, Laboratories, hospitals,...
