On Mondays to Fridays you get 9hrs of free browsing from 11pm to 8am and on weekends you have 19hrs of free browsing which is from 11pm on Saturday to 6pm on Sunday. Outside of these free browsing hours you have 3GB of data. And yes it include downloads

well it used to be 10pm till 7am and it was changed to 11pm till 8am (everyday). . . yes dump Ntel sim card if u have good swift service in your area

It seems swift is crazy in that festsc area. You're the second person that I've heard about Swift's speed in festsc.

Ntel just call me, after I told them how bad their network is, they gave me one week of uninterrupted internet to test the network.
I must say no improvement at all.
Let me classify the networks in my candid opinion. The ones I have used
(Affordability and Speed/ 4g)

Speed. Affordability
Swift. 95% 70% Swift
Mtn. 95% 90% Double Double
9mobile. 70% 50% Stingy
Glo. 50% 100%
Ntel 30% 60%
