it fluctuates alot .. but it's always fastest on my TV whenever I'm watching Netflix , the quality goes to 3mb/s sometimes , with that I can watch any movie in 1080p, but most times ehn their service just goes off completely , sometimes for days , I'll be without service , not a single bar .. I usually report to their Facebook representative whenever it does like this ..it has been doing much of that lately , that's why I want to change my service provider .. I can't be paying 17.5k per month and be having this issues all the time . overall their service is quite okay for streaming on Netflix , but for downloading heavy files it's bad .

Days .. I've tried dowloading one series of like 40 gig. Bro it took me days .. I tried updating a game of like 30gig on my PS4 , that one took about a week and some days. .

Spectranet... 18k sub that's what I use for My Smart Tv, Ps4...
I also use Swift for downloading, so I'll advise you go for either.
Smile now offers non throttled service ,you can go for their 20k plan.

I was afraid I won't get a good reception that's why I haven't bought it yet .. people have been recommending that Smile to me , but from what I've heard here , it seems they have data cap on their unlimited plans , same thing with Spectranet-LTE ...
