....actually it would be interesting to know just one change any oyibo nation has made to their way of life because of Nigeria recommendations

Sanusi has no moral right to speak on marriages.
At 54 he married an 18yr old girl last year, this was after he was caught yanshing a married woman.

Is that an excuse?
He is proposing via the minimum age be pegged at 17, 18 or 19 like their fellow islamic countries of th same origin and that polygamy be dependent on economic/financial status of individuals. He should be applauded for wanting to reduce almajiri in Nigeria while raising elites.

He has no moral right to speak on marriages after successfully ending the marriage of his erstwhile mistress. At the time he met his present wife she was only 17, what does a 54yr old have in common with a teenager?
