I was Majorller that hosted in surulere Lagos. That was my first attempt with kokozain, jarus, mclatuji and others. It was fun and may accepted my prayer to host one of this year editions. Amen

2013 Ramadan is around the corner and Insha Allah, we are having Season 5 of Nairalnders Iftar. Bearing in mind that it is better held on a weekend, we have these possible dates:
Saturday 13th July
Sunday 14th July
Saturday 20th July
Sunday 21st July
Saturday 27th July
Sunday 28th July
Saturday 3rd August
Sunday 4th August

I'm hosting on Saturday, 27th July @ Ajah, Lagos, insha Allah.

Muslim Nairalanders gather every year (since 2009) during Ramadan at a designated and announced place for joint breaking of fast. We are planning for 2013 Ramadan.

4.30 - 5.00 - Arrival and convergence @ Mosque (
5:00 - 5:05 - Opening prayer
5:05 - 5:15 - Opening remark by the Mods
5.15 - 5:45 - Faces behind the IDs (introduction: NL name, real names, marital status etc)
5.45 - 6:45 - Lecture by any ustaz present
6.45 - 6.55 - Special prayers
6.55 - 7:00 - Breaking of fast with fruits
7.00 - 7:10 - Monghrib
7:10 - 7:55 -Big chop @ Munchies while discussions, networking & rendezvous go on
7:55 - Dispersal/Closing prayer/Isha'
