General Electric is all over the news on LinkedIn as people share their views about the height of unfairness in their recruitment processing.

It all started when a lady raised an allegation that it seems rejection mails were already prepared even before candidates submit CVs for review. The HRs and fans of GE defensively deflected the allegation saying they receive huge tonnes of application making the process an herculean task of which the best applicants are picked. Emphasis were also laid on preference for international schools and certifications like Six Sigma to be considered for their vacancies.

This issue is of serious concern and I invite great minds on Nairaland to share their view because our opinion counts too!!
