The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja on Wednesday threw out the appeal filed by the troubled leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mr Nnamdi Kanu together with two other pro-Biafra agitators, David Nwawusi and Benjamin Madubugwu.
