I know what I am saying oga. The scammer used a bulk sms trick to deceive the op. It won't come as a suprise to know that the message won't include his available bank balance. All credit alerts from banks must show ur bank balance. If the bank balance update is nt shown..its a tell tale sign of scam.

Mine doesn't show available balance.

IMEI number just identifies the phone but is not a means of tracking it in and of itself. However, if you have created a backup of your iPhone using iTunes, you can open iTunes, go to preference, go to devices, the place your mouse pointer on the name of the iPhone. You should get a window with information about the iPhone, one of which is the IMEI.

Ppl use fakenames and address to register a sim,if you go to police, nothing wey dem fit do,them sef go Wan scam you too.
Next time, tell them to make over the counter deposit or Internet banking, until you get the alert and its confirmed by your account manager, dont release to him the damn phone.

A niggi bleeped with me on this,i stabbed his 3 right fingers and slized his ear skin.
Always be with a safety weapon when transacting with a stranger esp if its a high valued item such as Iphone.
Niggi if you remember the imei, report it to Apple, they will block it,but if they block it,if d scammer has 50k,trust me within 4 days apple go unblock am.

Well he doesn't know, that's why he is asking for help, no one has a monopoly of knowledge, an old Igbo singer sang, " ka I ma nka, I ma nke Ozo" which translates as, since you sabi this one, you sabi the other one.. let us stop insulting people when things like this happen and proffer solution if we have any. life na College bro..

OP sorry to hear of your ordeal bro, you just have to be careful when transacting online, it might seem convenient at times, but you have to consider it comes with an element of risk. for high value goods such as iPhone I would generally advice a face to face transaction ( cash in hand, then sales.. period!)..

If you have the imei, send it to me, I might be able to keep you on the loop on the phones movement using that..

Baba please this phone below was stolen from me please help
