Those guys have their mode of operation, not conventional war. They are already crippling the economy which is already costing the government alot and have weighed the risks of their attacks against a government led by a former Military Dictator which cares more about the oil money than the welfare of the Niger Deltans.

The government has given billions and billion of dollars to the region and what is the outcome to show for the all money spent.
