Governorship Candidate Finally Dumps PDP For APC by suasmablow(m): 7:26am On May 31, 2016
Chief Tony Nwoye, Gubernatorial candidate of
the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the 2013
poll in Anambra State and the member
representing Anambra East and West in the
House of Representatives, has finally dumped
the party for All Progressives Congress, APC.
There are indications that Nwoye, who was also
a former Anambra State chairman of PDP, will
vie for the 2017 governorship election on the
platform of APC and serious consultations
towards that are already ongoing in and outside
Anambra State.
Nwoye said he would soon declare officially for
APC, adding, however, that his immediate
concern is to empower the people of the
constituency, who made it possible for him to be
elected into the House of Representatives.
According to him, many people in the state have
lost confidence in PDP, arguing that their best
alternative is APC, which, he added, is striving to
correct the mistakes of the past federal
administration.

If you like help your constituency
The governorship seat is for apga
But you can fight for other seats
