Nowadays, some HRMs/REcruiters call your lines directly, so, be courteous when answering calls (especially when you do not know who is calling). Maintain a good phone etiquette and speak confidently, be careful not to pronounce some words with your native tongue (yeah, you know what I am saying..........smiles) and please do not overdo it, do not sound British when you have not even reached the gates of the local terminal of the MMA Ikeja Airport.
