The ideal candidate for this role will have in-depth knowledge of K-12 multi-site Education business in Africa, ideally Nigeria or West Africa. An entrepreneurial and high energy CFO who can carry out duties in a detailed, prudent, risk-averse manner. A strategic thinker, and a good communicator with a creative approach to problem solving.
Required profile:
· The successful candidate is likely to be an executive with 15+ years’ experience and a degree in Finance/Accounting with a minimum of 5 years in a senior finance role.
· Experienced in the implementation of processes, systems, and controls as well as in managing effective collections.
· Experience in acquisitions, due diligence, execution and post-acquisition management is an advantage.
