it happened that I loaded a 800 recharge card on my sim on Monday 30th may.Mtn deducted 55naira out of the money for an unknown reason,I kept my calm I didn't call them since I had much more on my sim.I slept and woke up the following day to transfer 200 to a friend of mine only to discover that they have deducted 400naira.I called the customer care to know the reason and after waiting for over 16 minutes,a girl finally picked up.I explained my plight to the girl and she told me I subscribed for some plans.music plus,SME VP device bundle of a thing which I didn't subscribed to.I told her to deactivate it for me and I asked about a refund and she said no refund could be made.I was dumbfounded about this act of injustice.The plan which I didn't use nor suscribe for and was charged out of my money.am sure if had been other networks they would made a refund.The money is not the problem but i just want people to know what this network provider is extirting us Nigerians.
Below is the message they sent for deactivating the plans.

Same thing happened to me, they blamed it on music plus..

Tried opting out from the said music plus, my reply was that I wasn't subscribed to it.

if u subscriber to music plus when vpns like psiphon and tweakware were still working then that's the reason they deducted money for music plus

Same thing happened to me. They deducted N130 from my hard earned money, for one stupid Music plus I didn't subscribe to, i made sure I unsuscribed from all their stupid packages and still they deducted my money. I was darn furious and I bet the CS agent who attended to me knew it. MTN should stop this criminal act now! Imagine they do that to millions of Nigerians, they will be in serious money.

The above is what MTN did to me within a week.
Deducting #50.00 each time for what i did not subscribe to.

Who is going to save the masses from this scammer called mtn.

The funny thing is that Nigerians are the brains behind all these things.
Working against your country men because of money.
They have perfected the act to the extent that their system will show that you really subscribed to the product.
I am into alternative medicine , how would i subscribe for baby care tips.
If at all i need informations on any topic , Google is there for me.
Nigerians helping them to prepare such applications should desist and the Minister of communication and relevant authorities should come to our aid.
God bless Nigeria and anyone that is reapong Nigerians of their hard earned money will not prosper AMEN.
