well its obvious they haven't got the right anti venom, all you need is grab a few of these snakes, collect there venom and develop an antidote. That's how its done in South Africa, a country with a huge mamba population.

Even though we have enough medical sciences people to do this, and most are jobless, they won't. I mean, if a few had been gathering snakes and collecting venom all these years and created the anti-venom, they would be making money selling it to govt agencies to distribute. But the average Nigerian would rather kill the snake, crack dry jokes, eat it in a pot of soup, blame Buhari or whomever politician and call lalasticlala.

From the photos judging by the length and colour the snakes look like black mambas.Black mambas are the most poisonous snakes in the world and one of the most poisonous in the world.A bite from a black mamba can kill in 20 minutes if the anti venom is not given promptly. Mamba bite is simply deadly.
Note that black mamba is NOT actually black. They can be brown to grey, while really mature ones can be very dark in colour.

I wonder why we cannot use biotech option to develop the anti-venom and sell to Uganda and other places were mambas claim casualties in rural areas.

We have excellent biologists, biochemists, geneticists, pharmacologists, chemists, biotechnologists, etc.

What is our Ministry of Science & Technology doing?
