So this really works!

Naija for you,

A multi-millionaire transport mogul, Chief Godwin Ubaka Okeke of G.U.O Motors was yesterday abducted by unknown gun men in Onitsha, Anambra State.

His abduction is coming days after the wife of another multi-millionaire transporter, Igwe (Dr) James Mamah of Ifesinachi Transport was kidnapped in Nsukka where she is studying.
According to an eyewitness, the incident occurred as the victim was about to leave the All Saints Anglican Cathedral Church, after service.

The eyewitness narrated that as Okeke made to leave the church premises, the kidnappers, who arrived the church in a Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) and Mitsubishi bus, shot sporadically into the air to scare people away before shooting directly at their victim.
According to the source, when the kidnapers noticed that the bullet did not penetrate the body of their victim, they bundled him into their the SUV and sped off to an unknown destination via Nkpor Road.

Daily Sun gathered that somewhere along the Nkpor-Umuoji Road, the kidnappers on sighting a roadblock mounted by the Mobile policemen, abandoned their SUV and escaped in the Mitsubishi bus.
No contact has been established with the family of the victim, even as his phone lines have been ringing without response.

Anambra State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Uzor Amakulor confirmed the incident in a telephone chat with Daily Sun. He disclosed that the police are still on the trail of the kidnappers.
It would be recalled that Okeke’s son was kidnapped sometimes last year but released after an unspecified ransom was paid.
Chief Godwin Ubaka Okeke was the President General of Onitsha Market Amalgamated Traders Association (OMATA) and an executive member of the Luxury Bus Owners Association of Nigeria (LUBON).
He is currently the Chairman of the Anambra Motors Manufacturing Company Limited (ANAMCO) based in Enugu State.

Possible Explanations:
1)  Bullet-prof vest: The man was said to be security-conscious
2)  Malfunctioning Stun Gun/Tranquilizer: No ransom if kidnap victim is dead.
3) The simplest explanation: he was not shot. Rumor mongering is not good. Desist from it.
