Okiro announced that the state screening
exercise will begin on Monday, the 6th of June,
throughout the 36 states and the Federal Capital
Territory (FCT).

No screening is scheduled for July. it should be 6/6.

The Bayelsa Police Command on Friday announced that screening of candidates in the ongoing recruitment of 10,000 personnel into the Nigerian Police Force had been fixed for June 6. According to a statement issued by the command’s spokesman, Mr Asinim Butswat, the command has displayed the list of shortlisted candidates at the entrance of the Police Headquarters in Ovom, Yenagoa. “The Bayelsa State Police Command wishes to inform the general public, particularly Bayelsans who applied for various cadre in the ongoing Police recruitment exercise, that the list of shortlisted candidates is out. “The names of candidates will be pasted at the entrance of Bayelsa State Police Command on Friday June 3 from 10.00 a.m. “Applicants who did not receive confirmation via email or SMS are advised to check their names and copy their Identification number preparatory for the screening exercise scheduled to commence on the June 6,” the statement said.

This thread was created by 9:45pm last night, and in less than 24hours it has amassed 9pages. So una dey envy olokpa since.

On a more serious note now. When applying, i chose the specialization option, but my village people totally made forget to choose my field of specialization before hitting the "Submit button". As a result, that option was empty.

I am from Abia and a guy from Abia received his invite yesterday. It seems i have been electronically disqualified.

Did anyone have a similar issue but was sent the message of invitation?

Pls for those that didn't receive mails, do well to check at the police headquarters of your state of origin for your names or call someone to do that for you if you aren't close . Not every successful candidate received a mail.
