You can relate to this only if you’re a parent. The girl child is the most sexually abused due to her sexuality. The bold (which are rare) could approach and talk to a parent about it, but the rest; probably out of fear of the hard nature of her parents or threats from the perpetrator keeps mum off it.

Here however, below are 4 signs your child is being sexually abused.

1. Complains about vaginal pains while bathing her (she’d sometimes try stopping you from cleaning her there)

2. Constant tummy aches (ain’t the tummy really, but the waist. They’ll all say it’s the tummy, it’s same to them)

3. Slight spotting on their panties (droplets or smudge of blood)

4. Being excessively familiar with or suddenly withdrawn from a favourite person – Knowing these, its obviously important to pay attention to you

No 4 is really true and should be taken very seriously by parents

When an active child suddenly becomes a loner..she just want to be by herself or look scared @all time...it's always advisable to educate a child on some sexual matters in a simpler form and tell her to report whoever touches her even jokingly @home and school...
