Apart from unnecessary exaggeration about world's largest refinery - that refinery should've been sited in Ondo, not Lagos.

And have they fully compensated the indigenous owners of the land that were forcefully kicked out of their ancestral lands/homes, like the blue people of avatar?

Non-achievement, really...and another avenue to attract more pests to snarl-up the overpopulated Lagos. Greedy and lazy thinkers. undecided

Did you bother to read the article or is the problem comprehension?

Fcvk off my post if you can't answer my question.

Unnecessary exaggeration about world's largest refinery - it's not the largest refinery in the world.

Or “Niger Delta Oil Belongs To Jigawa State. You people are parasite

You Ibos are parasites. You steal ND same way other Nigerians do, you own oil wells and you receive allocations from oil wealth. I pity SSners (not the Osu outcasts) who thinks you're not a parasite.

mr man you have to embrace reality
Even if there's peace in ND the refinery will never be sited there.

is cross rivers, AkwaIbom not peaceful and developed grin

forget the talk

Nothing peaceful about both states, they are murder and kidnaping central..

SS and SE are too volatile for any sane and serious investor to sink their money in hence lack of any serious investments in both that region.

Shouting biafra, deadly agitations and demonstrations everyday is CAPITAL no to investors, it means insecurity and uncertainty and this is the invisible noose the SE keeps hanging on it's neck same in the SS with their endless violence, kidnappings, vandalism and destruction of investments and installations..

Dangote not investing $14 billion refinery in that region was sane, rational and prudent, they have $4 billion worth of refinery equipments on the ground as we speak, so we know if this was in the SS or SE right now, that $4 billion worth of equipment and the dream of this refinery totally solving our fuel problems in less than 2 years is up in flame and totally destroy by the same restless, misguided and destructive elements.

The Avengers, massob, ipod, Igbos and other thoughtless and misguided elements are not punishing Nigerians or Nigeria or Nigeria as a country, they are punishing themselves and their future generations.

Which Government are you talking about sir, American or Nigerian government? Are you new in town?

When does Nigerian government start keeping their promises and play their roles well?
No sane investor will rely on assurances from the Nigerian government.

SWG26:

You tried to make sense but failed. Investments like that of the refinery are typically guaranteed and protected by government. So whatever happens the investor never losses.
