Estimating the value of the property.

Promoting properties and bringing in sales (in form of letting, property sales, valuation etc).

Representing our clients in negotiation with prospective buyers.

Monitoring sales as they proceed

Advising clients and helping them to decide what they want to buy.

Making sure that a price is agreed that is acceptable to both buyer and seller

Managing properties and collecting or organising rent payments if required.

Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial market.

Conducting valuations on properties.

Keep all accounting books and handle all banking related matters.

Holding meetings with senior management to review performance writing reports for senior management, which may include reports on finances, staff performance, service development or an annual review.

Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they are observed.

Minimum of 2 yrs Experience meeting market target.
