same thing happening to me. my airtime was wiped first, and its not connecting. Customer care is not helping at all. This is the 2nd time its happening and my sleep just got spoilt.

Simply try with another sim or wait tomorrow Night! This stuff happens sometimes.. Its network glitch.

Meanwhile, dont try subbing before 12 am... Wait till its 12 and then sub.... Thank me later!

not because of the N25. I planned to start a download and sleep but after restarting phone severally, calling customer care and the sight of my entire balance wiped. Sleep just left me.

I think you're right. Cos it was the first time I subscribed before midnight.

I did the plan and it was successful but it stopped working after about 5 minutes. I did not update or download anything. It just started taking me to data reset.
