This is the Nicon junction in Abuja. It was recently repaired and concrete blocks were placed to make the junction neat. Also to stop taxi drivers at the junction going against the traffic. But trust Nigerians. We are forever the enemies of progress.
The taxi drivers have moved the concrete blocks by force, so they can go against traffic. Instead of taking the long way round.
This in turn always causes hold ups and accidents at the junction.
Nothing will be done until a minister dies at the junction probably
