Lets say 12=1..
Therfore 12 *2 = 24
Lets say #200k =12
Therefore #200 * 24 =#400...
400 * 24 divides 100% =96%.....lets collect like terms
96%/24 * 100 = 400
400 / 24 = 16.6%..ANS
