The PW8 Orji Chukwuma in the ongoing trial of the Executive Director Maritime Labour and Carbotage NIMASA, Calistus Nwabueze and Alu Dismas, a personal assistant to the former Director General of NIMASA Patrick Akpobolokemi today told the Federal High Court Lagos presided over by Justice C.M.A Olantoregun how the E.D and his co-accused converted the sum of N42,755,000 to their personal use.

This disclosure was made when Orji was contradicting the claim of the first defendant that the said money was for the purpose of contract executed by Kostam Mega Concept BDC a company that the defendants used to launder the money.‪
