This was expected when oil importers/marketers were told to go and source for forex in the open market.

i made a wrong transfer of of money to a wrong person in another bank ie from gtb to a wrong person in diamond.
how can i retrieve my money back from such a person who i dont know or have contact.
the bankers are not ready to help to recover this money

It's simple-

Sell off all those refineries and earn dollars.

Those with dollars trapped in the
banks- including foreign firms- can
agree to sell them to govt at the official
rate. That way, they get their money and can't 'flee' with the forex.

Auction off all revenue generating
parastatals and earn mega bucks, all in
dollars. Govt has no business in business
anyway.

Issue dollar certificates to ALL OFFICIAL FORM A OR M IMPORTERS- if you're legit,
the foreign customers you buy from can
redeem the certs at the cbn for dollars.
It's creative thinking that we need in
nigeria, not rocket science.
