Its simply because your bandwidth is either not enough or not stable to watch live tv. I recommended you get Y/F and purchase at least basic package, thats what I use to watch over 2000 cable TV. Here are screenshots of a software I use to watch cable tv for free on my lappi at home.

device manager. secondly upgrade your graphics and sound drivers in device manager and lets hope the ones you are using are up to date . thirdly

example, if you go to YouTube and play a YouTube video, do you get sound distortion? just try playing youtube video and see if you have the same problem then try other web browsers like firefox, internet explore 8 or opera, good luck

good tips deji, another option is to uninstall flash player in control panel and redownload it http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

if you found you"re not able to unstall flash player then use this removal tool purposely designed for this because is a known issue
