I think its #28000 plus other requirements

If you are in Lagos then just go to their office in Alausa and it should be done under a day or if that place is too crowded just go to their office in Ikeja. Renewal isn't time consuming compared to getting a new passport. Hold like N32,000 so you don't end up wasting your time there. I hope this helps.
