Airtel recently launched their own customer care whatapps angle like mtn but the thing is the two lines I've so far do not work. They are genuine line but the users/agents never reply or seen to see it and they are often online. For a whole month now my message is still there but unread. Pls do u have such issues as I do ? I would really a working line because whatsapps' 'message and read reply at convenience' really suits me. |
