1. SALES MANAGER
Sales Manager Job Duties:

• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Experience and Qualifications
• Must have up to 3-5 years similar work experience
• HND, Bsc in a related field

2. AFTER SALES ENGINEER
Skills and qualification for After Sales Engineer:

• Honesty and Integrity -- the number one requirement for the job
• Must have Phone repair experience!! Do not apply if you do not have this background.
• Enjoy working on electronic gadgets -- we will train you on the procedures and processes.
• Passion for working with electronic gadgets!! Positive personality!
• Reliable and timely -- strong work ethic
• Strong focus on quality repairs.
• The ability to read, write and communicate in English in order to read and comprehend assembly manuals and process documentation.
• Oral and written communication proficiency.
• Troubleshooting and assembly skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• SSCE, OND or equivalent certification required.

3. Sales Promoters
Main duties for sales promoters:

• Provide excellent experience to customer and push our client sales in outlet
• Build a community of loyal our client customer
• Solve customer query/issues pertaining our client device or services
• Provide daily care & maintain tidiness of our client store.

Experience and Qualifications
• Up to one year similar work experience
• SSCE, OND, and NCE holder
• Smart and must have good knowledge of Android phone operation

4. FRONT DESK OFFICER / RECEPTIONIST
Main duties for Front Dest Officer/Receptionist:

• Manage reception work in our client service centre with CRM system.
• Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
• Indicate customers for every information of phone maintenance.
• Maintains logbook by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing visitors badge.
• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
• Ensure reception area is tidy.
• Follow the orders from superior in the work.

Experience and Qualifications
• Up to one year similar work experience
• SSCE, OND, and NCE holder
• Must be computer literate
