The staff claimed they were owed two years salary and went on a protest a few weeks ago. They were however allegedly sacked by management. AIT has released a statement explaining their side of the story.

I hope he has paid all their salaries and other arrears the telecommunication company was owing the staff before the mass sacking. Some of the sacked staff can start a life with the payment. Imagine owing workers up to six to seven months without payment.
