Our Company is an agro-chemical and allied manufacturing company in IBADAN, OYO STATE with vacancies for the following positions:


1)Production Supervisor

10 Years Experience HND/BSC Mechanical Engineer

Must be able to handle the mixing of 33% Glyphosate Ammonium (Liquid)/ or similar chemical used in herbicide production

He must be able to supervise all the unit operations involved in the use of the above chemical in the herbicide production process as well
as monitor all the other active ingredients associated with the manufacturing process.

Industrial Maintenance Engineer

10 Years’ Experience HND/BSC Mechanical Engineer

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

Ensure the continuous availability of the production lines with minimum downtime

Establish a planned preventive maintenance schedule for all plant machinery

Carryout with his team breakdown maintenance on all the plant machineries – Mixer, Dispensers, Liquid Filling Machines, Plastic Injection Machines

Ensure adequate procurement of machines spares and maintain an effective plant operations

2) Senior Bottling Operator

10 years Experience HND/BSC Mechanical or Electrical Electronics

Good knowledge of the operation of high tech blow and injection moulding machine

Significant knowledge of working with HDPE

S/He must be able to set-up, change and overhaul moulds

3) QAQC- Lab Analyst

5 Years Experience HND/BSC Science Laboratory or Chemical Engineering

The candidate will be involved in the analysis of raw materials and finished products:

S/He must be proficient in the use of modern laboratory equipment

S/He must be able to design templates for reporting results

S/He must be familiar with safety precaution required for handling chemicals in a herbicide production environment

4) Concrete Batch Plant Manager

Degree in Civil or Material Engineer

Minimum of 5- 7 years experience as a Batch Plant Manager

Manage the company’s concrete factory and staff

Provide executive leadership and guidance for all departments

Supervise the laboratory (Test of Aggregates, cement, fresh and hardened concrete, concrete blocks)
Manage all manufacturing activities, ensure effective communication, synchronize and value change management of all departments

Follow up of the quality procedures with international consultants

Improve cost control, ensure effective operation management, manage major cost drivers, stock availability, macro- update on
production planning, labour issues, assessment of work processes, people and technology

Monitor all projects and review and approve all changes affecting the accuracy, validity and appropriate supporting documentation and authorization

Monitor budget preparation and P& L reports

Plan and strategies for marketing, training and human resources
Operations, technical, maintenance, sales, finance, and Human Resources


5) Electro Mechanical Engineer (Concrete Batch Plant)

Experience: 10 years HND/BSC Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Job Description
Under the general supervision of the maintenance supervisor or otherwise as designated, the candidate is expected to perform skilled technical diagnosis, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities on mobile or stationary Concrete Pumps.

Candidates for this position must have considerable experience and expertise in electrical and hydraulic diagnosis and repair electrical system on pumps.

Skills:

Essential Job Functions

Visually and manually inspects electrical equipment/hydraulic/pneumatic machinery, component of the concrete pumps

Installs and repairs various types of equipment including hydraulic motor, hydraulic cylinders, S-valves, Electrical solenoids, pneumatic

valves, and pneumatic cylinders.

Refers to electrical/ hydraulic diagrams, technical manuals, established codes and procedural references for the purpose of ensuring accuracy and code compliance in task performance.

Read and create electrical/hydraulic and mechanical drawings, schematics and maps.

Candidates should have ample experience in operating and maintaining hydraulic circuit for concrete pumps and general repairs of the pump.

Good knowledge of working with MEKA concrete batch plant for 5 years
