SillyeRabbit: The position the twins are in, its basically going up and down while engaging your squats half way dowm.. think, putting a chair behind you and then getting up and sitting down in one rhythmic motion.. Its a great exercise for firming up once backside.. Akata and useless tattoos though..smdh. |
