The EFCC, today, Wednesday June 15, 2016, arraigned Henry Chinedu Ojoko, Najuke Lucky O, Ogba Ikechukwu Patrick, Obieze Augustine D. and Obodo Franca N. before Justice F. N. Azinge of the High Court of Delta State, Asaba on a 5-count charge bordering on Conspiracy, Stealing, and Fraudulent diversion of the sum of N75,000,000 (Seventy Five Million Naira) Property of Delta State Internally Generated Revenue (IGR).

It was alleged that the principal suspect and his accomplices fraudulently diverted cash and cheques worth several millions of naira belonging to Delta State Government IGR meant to be paid into Delta State Government IGR Account and Delta State Sports Commission Cooperative Society's account which the accused persons converted to their personal use.
