Lagos - The late OJB Jezreel had finalized plans to sell his Surulere residence for N5 0million to a commercial bank on the day he died.

OJB died on Tuesday in a Lagos hospital, a month to his 50th birthday.

He died after his kidney failed.

OJB had planned for another surgery that would gulp close to $150,000.

He didn't want it to go public, so the plan was to sell the house.

Confirming the story, sources told Nigerian Entertainment Today(NET) that OJB just wanted to sell the house and travel abroad.

He had planned to relocate ho his other house in Abuja on his return from his medical trip.
