Office of National Security Adviser is solely responsible for the replacement/purchase of highly secured vehicles for all the past Presidents: apart from their salaries from Presidency, the office was even charged with the responsibility of providing full security for all the past presidents as one of their entitlements.

The purchase and reception of this was duly documented and acknowledged by Ministry of Finance and PMB himself, which he even declared when declaring his assets. Here is the constitutional provision for the avoidance of doubt:

Civilian Head of State
2. (1) Three to four armed policemen.

(2) One State Security Service Officer not below Grade Level 10 as an Aide de Camp to be attached for life and paid by the State Security Agencies.

Vehicles


3. (1) Three vehicles to be bought by the Federal Government and liable to be replaced every four years.
