Articles must be interesting and engaging. Must be original, plagiarism is highly discouraged.

Articles can be in series or one stop

No offense bro, but in my opinion 4 articles just for auditioning is a bit ridiculous. You should be able to look at an article and know if the writer has the structure, tone and grammar you are looking for. Unless you are looking for bit part writer wannabes, you need to reconsider that part. I don't think any serious good writer would submit 4 articles just so you can look at before you discuss terms.

Just my opinion. Again, no offense.

To make matters worst,dude even actually stated it was 4 articles per category.That is,say about 16 to 24 articles per person.

Lets say 50 people send in 16 articles each for the assessment you know how many that is gonna be.When he(the op) have about 800 articles in his possession i wonder what he'd need writers for again.

You advance published articles to him simple.

I get your point bro and you are right. But you are not exactly employing anyone as full time writers. That is when that issue arises. If you pay people based on their works that you publish, then you can refuse some articles for some reasons and anyone writing for you would know to put their best foot forward or they won't get published. I do it all the time.
