i got an sms from UBA minutes ago about a web debit on my account. i have called customer care with no response. I have gone to the website and their fraud reporting page is not working. Their chat platform is also not working. UBA has the worst customer feedback mechanism i have ever encountered. pls people what else can i do before its too. late. the fund has not been debited as at mow.
