My friend what are u talking? What we saw today over Abuja skies was a mere trace of propellant from a space vehicle. Though a 'chemical' as u and ur sources suggest, (like butane which is a liquid propellant) it has little or no effect on human lives or climate. A propellant is just a kind of fuel that powers space vehicles during take-off and for orbit maneuvering of satellites.
