Last time I visited Aba from the entrance (Osisioma) ---->Abaiyi ---->Umungasi ----->Umulee ----->Ngwa road----->Ogbor hill is just a mess, they said he's been working on those places, and I couldn't find a single men at work road block sign talk more of heavy working machines on those roads . He should concentrate on those his divide and work roads, finish it before flagging off any other road for construction .
please be honest with yourself.....there is no gain in masking facts just to gain few likes....are you telling me that you drove from osisioma, abayi, umungasi to Abia poly without witnessing any ongoing work? or that you toured round ogborhill without seeing anywork?.......and how come you mention Ngwa road, umule and ogborhill as entrance through osisioma? are you not being intentionally troublesome?

Great move our able governor! God bless you for not disappointing we the Ngwans. Our toiling and persecution to see your emergence as a governor has been justified. YOU have also proved them wrong who accused you of disengaging rd construction equipments after winning your case in the supreme court

Oga Guvunor. When will you complete the Enyimba Stadium. We don't have a home anymore. Asking as an Enyimba Fan.

Bro, the thing taya person. When he had a case in supreme court, he released funds for the development so he can win the support of Aba people who support Enyimba fanatically, but after he won... lipsrsealed We heard the stadium would be re-opened before June, it's the close of June now and nothing has changed angry

I blame the club's management. Now they are losing millions every matchday.

Speaking at the event, the Governor said that the contractor, SETRACO company will construct pipes to carry storm water from Ifeobara basin, near Ukwu-Mango to Aba river and disclosed that the work will gulp the some of #6.8 billion.
The project is not just the road only.

They should also build Umuode Road near Ariaria.

this is just not a drainage....it is more like a carnal...and it is 10 times longer than the road. it continues where the road stop and empties itself 10s of kilometers away. you understand now?

Flag off jamboree is unnecessary. The road is long overdue and will be celebrated when completed. I however must warn Aba people to get ready for the impending traffic difficulties and swampy waterlogged streets to be experienced during the coming 3 years of construction.

you have every right to criticise the governor....but while at it make sure you come with verifiable facts and not some silly pep talk, you don't stay in Aba but the last time you came you entered aba by Ngwa road and ogbor hill through osisioma abi?.........all I can say is be honest with your self.......being an Ngwa man or not has nothing to do with this issue

read it well. It will construct a piped drainage from ifeobara(old express slaughter) to Aba river which is more than 40 kms. Faulks rd is not one of those roads that you'll work on with millions. Ochendo tried it with no result after d rainy season following
I thought there is underground pipe line between Omuma road by Old express.

Ponponkon:
THE RECONSTRUCTION OF FAULKS ROAD; OFFICIAL FLAGGED-OFF
The Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu has flagged-off the 4.6km Faulks Road, Aba, starting from Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway to Brass junction by Aba-Owerri road, through Ukwu-Mango.
Speaking at the event, the Governor said that the contractor, SETRACO company will construct pipes to carry storm water from Ifeobara basin, near Ukwu-Mango to Aba river and disclosed that the work will gulp the some of #6.8 billion.
He advised anybody who built at Ifeobara area to remove it, assuring that anything blocking the area will be demolished as his administration is out to recover Ifeobara basin which is the main cause of the seemingly intractable flooding in the area.
Dr. Ikpeazu who said that he is in administration to do good stated that he will be supervising the the road regularly stressing that the road will be widened to give Ariaria the international status it deserves.

Mr Ponponkon, whats happening to our Enyimba Stadium.
When will it be fully renovated?
Two months timeline has elapsed since February.
We have lost our first home game because we played it in PortHarcourt instead of Aba.
Why is Anyasi Agwu not doing anything about this issue.
Even Umuahia Township Stadium where abia warriors play has become a cassava plantation.Already plans should have been made to change to pitch to astro turf at least.
