The problem started yesterday and have done all I could but no positive results. The phone is showing charging sign but the % is not increasing. Have used another new and quality iphone charger to charge, still not working.have done a ffactory reset, no luck and the battery charges another phone. Have removed the battery several times and put it back. Still not working
Please let me know if you have experienced this before and how to go about such problems. It's very urgent

Take out the battery and replace it. If that doesn't work get a new Type-C cord.

Had the same while I was using Tecno H6.. The phone would charge normally if I pull out the battery, insert it and plug it while the phone is booting

Your Type-C cord is definitely faulty. Change it and you're good to go. It's sold for 1k.

My phone charging start misbehaving now. The percentage won't increase. it can only be charged slowly when I switch it off.

I am having the same issue with my Gionee M5 plus, pls i need help. It would take forever to add 1% unlike before, it uses less than 2hrs to charge from 1 to 100.

you can get type C cable for N800 at gionee service centre.
