hi there, Actually some ladies that do give out their money to their boyfriends have different reasons for doing so. Some do it for honest reasons and some for silly reasons like, to buy his love. Some cannot help helping dear ones in need. I quite disagree with the probable belief that they dont pay back. Some do pay back. some do appreciate the fact their girlfriends are helping out and so when they become financially bouyant, they go the extra mile in making the woman the reason for their existence. Bibo!!! |

Well, sometimes many guys take any woman that gives/borrow or lend them money easly for granted. They sometimes get the impression that she is using money to keep them locked in the rela/ship. Especially when one is much older(the woman), but here is the thing, if u borrowed him money and he failed to pay back, put a stop to it. My mate here has a 'lady-cash machine' she gives him money, bought him mobile phone, even gives him money to topup, and i can tell u that my mate don't love her, he tells her what she want to hear and get the money coming. The lady is abt 10yrs older than him and doing all she can to keep him happy, its sad to listen to him going on abt how he enjoys the money and everythig else. Now for the record, i don't envy him or wish i was in his position, absolutely not.i rather feel sorry for the poor woman |

Usually, I won’t advice a girl to give money to her guy; but don’t get me wrong; if he needs it for a genuine reason, then there’s nothing wrong in giving him some money. On the issue of borrowing; don’t lend it to him if you know that you still need that money; it’s either you give him and forget about it, or you tell him you don’t have any money. And finally avoid making it a habit of giving him money regularly because he might just turn you into his private bank. |

Do you have the same fingers as mine? No! Do you have the same face as mine? No! Do you have the same problem as I do? No! Do we have the same goals? No! Reasons some girls lend and/or give money to their boyfriends differ. The questions you ask yourself are: 1. Why are you giving it? 2. Does he really need it? 3. Does he have other alternatives? 4. Are you giving it to buy his love, show you care or just out of freewill? You're entitled to know all these and that in no way doesn't correspond with others' reasons as to why they do the same. |

Re: Giving/borrowing Money To Boyfriend by Godmother(f): 1:23pm On Sep 03, 2009 |
Giving/borrowing such a guy money would depend on a lot of things, first of which will be whether he\s in the habit of doing so. If he just fell into bad times and just needs a little help, I could help him out.But he must pat me back, or else |

scottN: So having a boyfriend automatically translates to collecting money from him. If I don't do that, I am gay? Alright. |

@Poster You shd tell me your views 1st b4, Anyway if the man is a great giver himself and genuinely had need for assistance i would if i had, BUT not when he hardly ever gave me any, then suddenly coming to ask me for some, he'll get my back. ONE GOOD TURN DESERVES ANOTHER U KNOW! |
Re: Giving/borrowing Money To Boyfriend by Nobody: 2:54pm On Sep 03, 2009 |
Is it that the babes are trying to please the guys? trying to buy his love or just been a succor?. You give because he's in need of it. If you brother requested something from you, would you say you're trying to buy his love or please him? Isn't the love already there? If he's unable to live up to previous expenses you've done on him, then I'd suggest you give wisely or rather give him a word instead that will make him sit right. You can't continue to throw money on a fruitless ground. |

most girls seem not to like the idea but i guess cuz they are giving for the wrong reasons.if you they know the essence of givign you will give no matter the situation not only to your bf. |

IT IS NOT A BAD IDEA BUT IF THE DEMAND FROM THE GUY IS MUCH, THEN IT NOW SEEMS LIKE THE GUY IS TRYING TO RIP THE GIRL OFF. LIKE ME I HAVE NEVER ASK MY GIRL FRIEND FOR MONEY,DESPITE THE FACT THAT SHE STAYS IN SPAIN. SHE CAN CONFIRM IT WHEN SHE READS MY POST. |
Re: Giving/borrowing Money To Boyfriend by Nobody: 4:39pm On Sep 04, 2009 |
some things should have a limit. A few guys have been known to clean out hundreds of thousands of naira from their girlfriend's account. If the guy is only seeing the girl as a mumu and cash cow to be milked, then why lend him money? Its up to the girlfriend to evaluate the man's motives. Lending or giving him money might not buy his allegiance in the long run. |
Re: Giving/borrowing Money To Boyfriend by Ipsi(f): 11:19pm On Sep 04, 2009 |
dont lend, whatever you give just forget about it. However if you have a buisness together keep it strictly buisness. |
