I have posted two original and commendable topics here
that got me banned for like 3 days.

These posts got not less than 3 pages of commendation feed backs
from two separate forums.

They are kind of posts that adds value to a forum and they
didn't have a single link in them.

Although, the moderators are like referee here, but such
actions kind of dampens one spirit to make a valuable contribution.

I'm happy that somebody raised this issue, the same happened to me, I NEVER EVER post thing spam here but i was denied the privileged of posting or replying to post here with my previous ID,

I emailed one of the moderators, no reply, i asked Seun, no reply. Very sad

You don't have to go hard on yourself; just follow the rules which they give to you and no one would ban you.
