Or Iraq vs Iran since they fought a war. US Vs Afghanistan should also be a rivalry because of the war. US vs Russia too because of the over 50 years long cold war. England in order to remain relevant in football would Make out rivalry which the other team dont even care/know about e.g England belives they are rivals with Argentina because of Falkland wars but the Argies dont even pay them any mind.
