After a tough full time game and extra time. The Argentines lose again to Chile in the Copa America Final through penalties just like they did last year.

Despite breaking records and providing assists in the tournament, Lionel Messi lost his first penalty in the Copa America finals, hitting it over the crossbar just after Arturo Vidal's kick was saved by Sergio Romero the Argentine goalkeeper. But Lucas Biglia lost his penalty too, giving the defending champions the edge as Francisco Silva of Chile scored the winning penalty.
