Our Client is an emergent conglomerate looking to establish a new subsidiary that is engaged in Poultry, Fishery & Cooking Oil Mills in the following regions: Lagos, Abuja, Kano & Port Harcourt. Our Client is looking to hire an Executive Director to manage all aspects of the company including its activities and the relationships between the company and its Board of Directors, clients, employees, community, government and industry

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implements general policies established by the Group MD/Board of Directors; directs their administration and execution.
- Establishes a basic personnel policy; initiates and monitors policies relating to personnel actions and training and professional development programs.
- Coordinates development of operating and capital budgets according to the budget calendar; monitors monthly and other financial statements for the company; takes effective corrective action as required.
- Establishes and monitors compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
- Analyzes financial statements, manages cash flow and establishes controls to safeguard funds. Reviews income and costs relative to goals; takes corrective action as necessary.
- Gives direction to and works closely with vendors, outside contractors, firms and individuals providing services to the company.
- Performs other duties as directed by the Group MD or board of directors.

REQUIREMENTS
- Good first degree from a reputable institution
- Masters degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline
- Extensive cognate working experience
- Thorough industry knowledge

Remuneration: Industry Standard
