Court Sacks Abia State Governor Ikpeazu Over Tax Evasion http://newsdiaryonline.com/court-sacks-abia-state-governor-ikpeazu-tax-evasion/ According to the court,Ikpeazu was ipso facto not qualified to contest for the elections in 2015. Also, the court which ruled that Ikpeazu should vacate office immediately  tax clearance in 2014, he applied to the Abia State Board of Internal Revenue, and was duly issued with his tax receipts for the period in question.
