Sales Executive (In- Shop Sales)

The ideal candidate would be expected to execute the following:

• Increase sales by selling to walk in shop customers, taking records of telephone orders, customers inquiries and complaints
• Satisfy customers by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring intra unit ‘handshakes’ occur. In –shop sales executive ensure that feedback from the telephone or walk in customer is ‘fed back’ to the unit for improvement in service delivery.
• Support sales by maintaining a proper level in quantities of products on display and in stock.
• Facilitate planning and business decisions by providing accurate, timely and complete information for operational and strategic use.
