2.go to z:/private/10202be9/101f8763.txt(use a Good File Explorer like Xplore)
You must be sure that you copy the right file
3.copy 101f8763.txt to c:/private/10202be9(if the folder doesn't exit,create it with the same name)
4.After that, edit this value "Z:\\SYSEM\\SOUNDS\\WAKEUPTONE.AAC" TO "C:\\SYSTEM\\SOUNDS\\WAKEUPTONE.MP3

DONE, !!!
Just copy what mp3 sound you wish to to be your phone start up sound,

@dickson, get your phone hacked. . Thats the first and major issue,
@honsule, copy the mp3 file to the C:/ folder you created. . U will use ur xplore to change that ''Z:/ to C:/'' will upload screenshot when am chanced. .

After copying 101f8763.txt to C drive.i discovered it overwrite the one there,and now under my Applications icon on the phone it only shows Rompatcher.hope i won't have to hack this phone again.meanwhile,let me go and delete that .txt file.just a minute

by the time i almost finished installing my software,i also discovered that about 9 out of my 12 MSDict wasn't working.i have to delete and install anor ones.I don suffer bcoz of start up tone
