hi. my friend has fungal nails infections on his fingers. He has tried topical medications like Mycoten, skineal, Funbact A, but to no avail. It healed, but came back. Any drug he can take for a permanent cure? cc: lalasticlala, seun |

Theres no permanent cure. He just needs to clean his fingers regularly with methylated spirit and cotton wool 1 Like |

Guy, there is no permanent cure but oral med can keep it at bay for months or possibly years. If he doesn't have kidney problems, he should take Ketoconazole tab for a three months course. I advise he takes two tabs daily consistently 1 Like |
