This is to inform the general public that admission forms into the SCHOOL OF NURSING EKSUTH, ADO-EKITI for 2016/2017 Academic session are now available for sale online.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess a minimum of Five Credits in WAEC/SSCE/NECO to include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two sittings and candidate must attain the age of 17 years in 2016.

• Candidate will be allowed to combine WAEC/SSCE with NECO Result

Payment Method:

• Pay the sum of N8,550.00 only to UBA Plc- Account No: 1003306243

• Make a photocopy of the payment teller and printout.

• Submit the original Copy of the payment teller and printout to Burser at the school og Nursing, EKSUTH, Ado-Ekiti.

• Obtain the School Receipt and Admission Registration scratch card in the schoo.

Method of Application:

1. Visit the school e-portal at: www.sonadeksuth.edu.ng

2. Click on Apply now button.

3. Fill in your data and relevant details required.

4. Scan and upload your recent passport photograph (Not more than 30kb)

5. Print a copy of Acknowledgement and Exam Notification slip after successful completion of online application and bring a copy to the examination Hall.

Closing Date: Online application must be completed on or before Friday, 26th August, 2016

Date of Examination: Examination holds on Saturday 27th August, 2016 by 11:00am
