Dangerous move if you ask me. Ayiri is not even a heavy weight if you ask me. How many militants respect him? Can Ayiri, on his own visit Gbaramatu freely? Don't forget that this guy recently told so many lies against Gbaramatu people. His comments on the Maritime University is still fresh in so many peoples' mind.

It is quite sad, a former militant and oil bunkerer, being rewarded by past and present government, and someone thinks militancy can be stopped in the Niger Delta. Who wouldn't want to be recognised as an Ayiri, Boyloaf or Tompolo. If throwing bombs and sabotaging Pipelines, would achieve that aim for them, the blowing up of Pipelines won't stop.

Ayiri didn’t get mandate from anybody to represent them except from Abuja. Ayiri is a criminal；the government is dancing with him because he decamped to APC. If Tompolo has also decamped and agreed to their terms, nobody will be pursuing him today. Nigeria is a failed state
